You can assign and manage subtasks in bulk to more efficiently manage subtasks based on custom views or organization level.

To bulk assign subtasks

  1. On the Privacy Rights Automation menu, select Requests. The Requests screen appears.

  2. Use the View Selector to select a view that shows subtasks.

  3. Select the subtasks that you want to assign.

  4. Click the Assign Task(s) icon button Bulk_Assign.png. The Assign Task(s) modal appears.

  5. Select the user that you want to assign to this task.

  6. Enter comments, as needed.

  7. Click the Assign button.

To mark subtasks as complete

Note

You can use Subtask Resolutions to note the end result of the subtask. Fore more information, see Configuring the Subtask Queue.

  1. On the Requests screen, use the View Selector to select a view that shows subtasks.

  2. Select the subtasks that you want to mark as complete.

  3. Click the Complete Task(s) icon button Bulk_Complete.png. The Complete Task(s) modal appears.

  4. Add a comment, if needed.

  5. Click the Complete button.
