[en] Companies wanting full control over emails coming from the OneTrust application can set up multiple custom SMTP configurations for any email server supporting SMTP using the Email Settings screen. You can then configure specific rules to control which SMTP configuration is used to send emails based on which conditions are met.
[en] To add an SMTP email rule
[en] Click the gear icon
in the upper right-hand corner to access Global Settings.
[en] On the menu, select . The Email Settings screen appears.
[en] Navigate to the Rules tab.
[en] Click the Add Rule button. A new rule section appears.
[en] Complete the fields. For more information, see Rules Tab Reference.
[en] Click the Save button.
[en] To edit an SMTP email rule
[en] Click the gear icon

[en] Navigate to the Rules tab.
[en] Modify the configured rules, as needed.

[en] To delete an SMTP email rule

in the upper right-hand corner to access Global Settings.
[en] On the menu, select . The Email Settings screen appears.

[en] Click the Delete icon corresponding to the rule you want to delete.
