Using the OneTrust Learning Management System (LMS), you can upload SCORM 1.2 and 2004 packages to import training courses and enroll users. The OneTrust LMS enables you to implement and assign courseware developed by third-party providers or customized by OneTrust.

Note

This feature requires a subscription to the OneTrust LMS. Please reach out to your client representative for more information.

To learn more about the Training course packages offered, see Training Course and Packaging Guide.

SCORM Guidelines

Please note the following specifications when creating original SCORM content to import into the OneTrust LMS:

  • Ensure your files are SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004.

  • Configure your courses with a Complete/Incomplete scoring model, not Pass/Fail.

Recommendations for Enhancing Course Performance

For optimal performance, the following guidelines are suggested for each course:

File Size Recommendations
  • SCORM files are under 300 MB.

  • Photos are under 1-2 MB.

  • Video files are 5-10 MB.

  • Audio files are 2-3 MB.

Course Behavior Recommendations
  • Avoid action items that trigger or set course completion, which may impact course data. This is because the OneTrust LMS's Save and Close button is the main trigger to save course score and status.

  • The use of variables may impact overall course functionality and should be avoided. Variables are not recommended.
