Using the OneTrust Learning Management System (LMS), you can upload SCORM 1.2 and 2004 packages to import training courses and enroll users. The OneTrust LMS enables you to implement and assign courseware developed by third-party providers or customized by OneTrust.

Please note the following specifications when creating original SCORM content to import into the OneTrust LMS:

Ensure your files are SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004.

Configure your courses with a Complete/Incomplete scoring model, not Pass/Fail.
Recommendations for Enhancing Course Performance
For optimal performance, the following guidelines are suggested for each course:

Avoid action items that trigger or set course completion, which may impact course data. This is because the OneTrust LMS's Save and Close button is the main trigger to save course score and status.

The use of variables may impact overall course functionality and should be avoided. Variables are not recommended.

On the menu, select . The Courses screen appears.

Click the Create New button. The Course Details screen appears.

Complete the fields. For more information, see Course Details Screen Reference.

Click the Next button. The Upload Files screen appears.

Click the Select File buttons to upload SCORM files and a thumbnail image for your course.
Note
You can only upload SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 packages, with a limit size of 1 GB.

Click the Review button. The details of your course appear.

Review your course.

Click the Publish button or Publish and Enroll Users button, which enables you to enroll users in the new course.

You can edit custom courses to refine course details or replace existing course files for your enrolled users.

On the menu, select . The Courses screen appears.

Hover over the tile for a custom course until the View Details button appears.

Click the View Details button. The Course Details screen appears.

Click the Next button. The Upload Files screen appears.

Click the Select File buttons to upload replacement SCORM files and a thumbnail image for your course.
