Exporting a Request Queue View

You can export Request Queue views from the Requests screen as a column report. Saved views and filters are supported in this export, with some exceptions. For more information on Privacy Rights Automation reporting, see Reporting Options for Privacy Rights Automation and Consumer Rights.

To export the request queue

  1. On the Privacy Rights Automation menu, click Requests. The Requests screen appears.

  2. Configure your Request Queue screen as necessary.

  3. Click the Export button. The Export Requests modal appears.

  4. Select Export All.

  5. Click the Export button. An export notification appears in the Notification pane when the report is ready.

  6. Click the Notification icon Notification_ICon.PNG next to your organization name to open the Notification Pane, or click View in Alert Center.

  7. Click the name of the export. The report downloads to your device.

To export a saved view

  1. On the Privacy Rights Automation menu, click Requests. The Requests screen appears.

  2. Configure and save your Request Queue view as necessary. For more information, see Managing the Request Queue.

  3. Use the View Selector to select a saved view.

  4. Click the Export button. The Export Requests modal appears.

  5. Select Export Currently Saved View.

  6. Click the Export button. An export notification appears in the Notification pane when the report is ready.

  7. Click the Notification icon Notification_ICon.PNG next to your organization name to open the Notification Pane, or click View in Alert Center.

  8. Click the name of the export. The report downloads to your device.
