Each OneTrust web form template is pre-configured with a set number of supported languages. Many of these are built for specific audiences, such as the PDPA web form in Thai and the LGPD web form in Portuguese (BR).
Currently, OneTrust does not support machine or auto-translation of the templates to meet custom translations. In order to provide specific or ad hoc translations, you will need to provide them when configuring the web form in the following scenarios:
Customizing default fields or web form text
Adding custom fields to web forms
Enabling languages not supported by default on the template
