Web Form Name | Enter the name of the web form. |
Date Format | Select your desired date format for the web form from the list. |
Default Workflow | Select the workflow you want to use to process requests submitted through this web form. |
Default Organization | Select the default managing organization for requests submitted through this web form. |
Default Approver | Select the default approver for requests submitted through this web form. |
Default Days To Respond | Enter the default number of days in which requests must be completed. |
Default Reminder |
Enter the default number of days before the deadline that the approver should be reminded of outstanding requests.
Note
Request deadlines are calculated by noon in the local time of the data subject.

Use Custom Date for Deadline Calculation |
Enable this setting to select a custom date field configured on the web form to calculate an accurate and more compliant request deadline.
Date field format: YYYY-MM-DDT00:HH:MM.SSSZ
T00 is the time zone. Ex: T04 is UTC-4 (EST)

This can also be edited from the Request Details screen.

Select Custom Date Field | Select the custom date field configured on the web form which will be used to calculate the deadline. |
Enable Language Preference |
Enable this setting to turn on language settings for web form customization.
Click Edit Languages. TheĀ Web Form Languages modal appears.
Select the check boxes for the languages you want to enable for the web form. You can also set a default local language.

Auto detect Browser Language |
Enable this setting to automatically load the web form in the detected browser language.
Note
The Enable Language Preference setting must be enabled to use this feature.

Post an Event on Click of Submit Button | Enable this setting to post an event on click of the submit button on the initial web form screen. For more information, see Using the Request Submission Event for Consumer Rights Requests. |
Require CAPTCHA Validation |
Enable this setting to require the Data Subject to complete a reCAPTCHA to validate the request submission.
Note
OneTrust currently uses 2.0 of Google reCAPTCHA.

CAPTCHA Service | Select the service you want to use to prevent the submission of automated (bot) requests. |
Enable Attachment Upload |
Turn on this toggle to allow the Data Subject to include an attachment as part of the initial web form request.
Note
The Require CAPTCHA Validation setting must be enabled to use this feature.

Require Attachment? | Enable this toggle to require data subjects to submit an attachment with the web form. |
Attachment Collected for Identify Verification | Enable if the uploaded file will be used to verify the identity of the request submitter. |
Allow Multiple Attachments to be Uploaded | Enable to allow up to 10 attachments to be added on web form submission. |
Privacy Team Display Name | Enter the name of your privacy team to be displayed in the data subject portal. |
Allow Attachment Upload | Enable this setting to allow data subjects to upload attachments through the data subject portal. |
Enable Geolocation | Enable this setting to automatically populate the Country field based on the data subject's IP address. |
