You can embed a web form into your site using a link or provide data subjects access to your organization's web form from a button. The Integrate tab within the Web Form Customization screen offers a few options for providing access to your organization's web form. Consult with your company's marketing and/or development team for assistance setting up site links.

Note

OneTrust does not support 'unindexing' of web forms from a search engine. Because OneTrust does not externally index the web forms, the only way for Google to find them is via links from the customer.

It is advised that customers who don’t want their web form indexed to use rel=”nofollow” when linking to the form from their site.

Important

OneTrust web forms may not display if embedded on a site viewed in a private browsing session window.
