Custom subdomains provide you with the ability to control additional branding elements for your OneTrust application. By using a custom subdomain, you can add a custom favicon, tab title, and Login screen image to align your branding and control the look and feel of the application within the web browser and on the Login screen.

To configure Application Header branding

  1. Click the gear icon gear-icon_global-settings.png in the upper right-hand corner to access Global Settings.

  2. On the Global Settings menu, select Email and Branding > Application Branding. The  Application Branding screen appears.

  3. Customize the application branding settings on the Application tab, as necessary. For more information, see Application Tab Reference.

  4. Click the Save button.

Field

Description

Upload Logo

Click the Upload button and select the logo that will display in the Global Header of the application.

Note

Accepted file formats include .png, .jpg, or .jpeg with a maximum file size of 500KB.

Page Title

Enter a title that will appear in the Global Header of the application.

Brand Color

Select the color for the Side Menu of the application.

Accent Color

Select the color that will indicate when a tab is selected on the Side Menu of the application.

To configure Browser and Login screen branding

  1. Click the gear icon gear-icon_global-settings.png in the upper right-hand corner to access Global Settings.

  2. On the Global Settings menu, select Email and Branding > Application Branding. The  Application Branding screen appears.

  3. Click the Browser and Sign-In tab. Branding configurations for the web browser and Login screen appear.

  4. Customize the Browser and Login screen branding settings, as necessary. For more information, see Browser and Sign-In Tab Reference.

  5. Click the Save button.

Favicon

Click the Upload button and select the icon to display on the web browser tab.

Note

Accepted file formats include .png, .jpg, .ico, or .jpeg with a maximum file size of 2KB.

Tab Title

Enter the title to display on the web browser tab.

Sign-in Page

Login Screen Logo

Click the Upload button and select the logo to display on the Login screen of the application.

Note

Accepted file formats include .png, .jpg, or .jpeg with a maximum file size of 512KB.

Panel Image

Click the Upload button and select the image to display on the right side of the Login screen.

Note

Accepted file formats include .png, .jpg, or .jpeg with a maximum file size of 10MB.

Panel Image URL

Enter a URL to which the panel image will redirect. When users click the panel image, the entered web site will open in a new tab in their web browser.

Restore to Default

Click the Restore to Default button to reset your Browser and Login screen branding.

To remove Browser and Login screen branding

  1. Click the gear icon gear-icon_global-settings.png in the upper right-hand corner to access Global Settings.

  2. On the Global Settings menu, select Email and Branding > Application Branding. The  Application Branding screen appears.

  3. Click the Browser and Sign-In tab. Branding configurations for the web browser and Login screen appear.

  4. Remove branding configurations using one or more of the following methods, as needed.

    • To delete the Favicon, Login Screen Logo, or Panel Image, click the Delete icon corresponding to the image you want to delete.

    • To delete the Tab Title or Panel Image URL, click the X button in the field corresponding to the entry you want to delete.

    • To restore all Browser and Login Screen settings to the default configuration, click the Restore to Default button. Then click the Restore to Default button on the Restore to Default modal.

  5. Click the Save button.
