As part of the request fulfillment process, both privacy team members and data subjects often need to share files. OneTrust supports the following types of files on the main OneTrust admin console, web form, privacy portal comments, and subtasks. See the table further below for file size limitations.
Note
Files that are uploaded to the Privacy Portal or web form are scanned for malware. If the scan fails, an error message will appear, and the request cannot be submitted with those files.

*MP4 files are only supported on the Task modal when responding to a subtask and attaching to a request.
